We have just released the second edition of Ray Komai: Design for America by Doug Clouse.
This edition features a new cover design and includes a small number of text revisions and additions, as well as new photographs of Komai’s textiles, his famous armchair, and an exhibition about Ray Komai at Fordham University in New York earlier this year.
This book is richly illustrated, masterfully designed, thoroughly researched, and simply a must-have for any mid-century modern bookshelf. Every turn of the page reveals colorful reproductions of Komai’s work, some of which are shown below.
